Evan Rapoport is the CEO of hedge fund research and services firm, HedgeCo Networks. At HedgeCo, Mr. Rapoport helps to oversee a hedge fund database of over 7,000 hedge funds, as well as hedge fund community of over 40,000 members. He has helped to create almost five hundred hedge fund websites and has also consulted on a substantial amount of new hedge fund launches. Mr. Rapoport has been featured on CNBC, in Newsweek Magazine, Barron's, and the Wallstreet Journal among various other publications.

Mr. Rapoport is also the CEO and Chief Compliance Officer of HedgeCo Securities. At HedgeCo Securities, Mr. Rapoport is responsible for overseeing the staff, finding and securing strong product and partner relationships, and making sure the firm keeps in compliance with all FINRA and SEC regulations. He currently holds Series 3, 7, 24, 63, 55 and 79 securities licenses.

Prior to helping found HedgeCo Networks, Mr. Rapoport was a Senior Vice President at Broadband Capital Management, a NASD member brokerage firm in NYC, NY. At Broadband, Mr. Rapoport managed assets for institutions as well as high net worth clients, and also participated in many private placements and PIPE transactions. Before Broadband, Mr. Rapoport was the youngest Senior Vice President in history at NYSE member Oscar Gruss' Private Client Group. He started his career in a Chairman's Council member's office at Paine Webber in NYC, NY. Mr. Rapoport holds a B.A. from the University of Florida.

Brett Langbert joined Hedgeco as President and COO in May of 2012 after enjoying a very successful 17 year career on Wall Street. Brett has a wealth of hedge fund experience that he is bringing to Hedgeco Networks. He has spent his entire career focusing on hedge funds and has tremendous capital markets knowledge across equities, convertibles, volatility products, high yield, distressed and credit. Further, he has excellent knowledge of hedge fund infrastructure and operational themes as well as the capital raising environment.

Most recently, Brett was a Managing Director at UBS overseeing Prime Brokerage Sales for the Americas. His responsibilities included Prime Brokerage sales and origination for a platform that covered 750 institutional accounts across the United States, Canada, Latin America and South America. Before joining UBS, Brett was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. He was Co-Manager of Cash Sales Trading for the Americas, Manager of Merger Arbitrage, Manager of Capital Structure Arbitrage and Co-Headed a joint venture between Credit and Equities focusing on high yield, credit and distressed hedge funds transacting across the Equity product curve. Brett also segmented Morgan's institutional coverage model across cash, convertibles, derivatives, program and swaps execution services. Brett started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent multiple years as a cash sales trader before joining the convertible arbitrage desk and ultimately running parts of the convertibles business as well as managing volatility products for Goldman's middle market institutional platform.

Brett graduated Colgate University in 1995 with Honors in Political Science. He also served on the Alumni Board of Directors at Colgate. He holds the Series 7, 63, 3, 55, 9 and 10 securities licenses.

Joseph provides complete oversight of all G&S fund services including team sales, business development and operations. Joseph Goldstein has over 30 years of experience in finance and controllership. He has been the chief financial officer for more than 15 companies, in ten different industries, including senior level management positions in the following Fortune 500 companies: CitiesService Company (Citgo), in which he served as group CFO-Plastics and Special Products, assistant to Corporate Controller - compliance(Sec, FASB) and Itel Corporation, a data and financial service company in which he served as CFO of five divisions and groups.

Joseph earned an Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University and has served as an adjunct lecturer of finance in the City University of New York since 1986.

Mr. Aaron Wormus has worked as Managing Director of the Online division of HedgeCo Networks since 2004. Drawing on years of experience, Aaron Wormus and his team developed the HedgeCo Website platform, a revolutionary Software as a Service (SaaS) platform which enables them to quickly develop and deploy compliant, secure, and compelling web portals for their hedge fund clients.

As the Chief Architect of the Hedge Fund Calculator, Aaron Wormus manages the data for the 7000+ funds, on HedgeCo.Net and other 3rd-party services which use this powerful analytic & marketing material generation tool.

Prior to working with HedgeCo Networks, Mr. Wormus worked as an independent consultant implementing back-end systems for clients ranging from telecommunications companies to mining companies and Silicon Valley software distributors.

Mr. Wormus studied Information Technology and Journalism in Finland, and writes technology pieces as a hobby. His written work has been published in various technology magazines, translated into 5 European languages, as well as published in a book. Aaron regularly speaks at PHP Development conferences, and is involved in the organization of his local technology user group.

Andrew Rapoport joined HedgeCo in 2003 to head the advertising sales department. He moved back to New York City to help start the New York offices of HedgeCo and currently manages the New York office space, organizes the HedgeCo networking events and still heads the advertising team. Prior to working with HedgeCo, Andrew owned an advertising agency, was the Director of Advertising Sales for About.com/PRIMEDIA, was the Director of Advertising Sales at Classmates.com, and has also passed the Series 7 and Series 63 examinations. He as an in depth knowledge of online media with a specialty in the financial sector.

Surej Sundaram Kalathil joined HedgeCo Networks as Creative Director in June of 2005. Mr. Kalathil has 14 years of experience in the design industry. His design experience includes web, print, illustration, and fine arts. Mr. Kalathil started his Career in Bombay, India. He worked for various companies as creative director including Quorum Publications, V2 Digital Design, & and his own company Smart Designer Consultants. During that time, Mr. Kalathil developed over 400 website designs. He was awarded The Golden Web Design award for excellence, in 2002, 2003 & 2004. Mr Kalathil has bachelor degree in Commerce, and a Diploma in Web Design and Development, as well as a Diploma in Commercial Arts, from Bombay, India.

Omar Dixon, originally from Jamaica, joined HedgeCo's West Palm Beach office as a Web Developer in May of 2007. Omar started programming at age 13 in Quick BASIC. Since then, he has worked freelance building websites and fixing PCs and also earned his Bachelors degree in Information Systems Management
at York College (CUNY). Omar developed HedgeCo's breakthrough product, the Hedge Fund Calculator and currently maintains several of HedgeCo's core websites.

Robert Miller joined HedgeCo in the fall of 2010 adding his 15+ years of interactive development experience to the web team.

During his career, Mr. Miller has consulted for Software powerhouses, has traveled the World overseeing installation of cruiseline specific development, invited to showcase company development at Disney's EPCOT and has developed animated exhibits for multi-million dollar litigation cases. He's done alot.

Mr. Miller's work has been widely distributed in many formats: online, DVD's, kiosks, TV during Saturday morning cartoons, on the silver screen and has been honored with numerous Webby awards for inventive creativity and practical application of emerging technologies. He's smart, too.

Alex Thompson currently helps to oversee the operations of HedgeCo. Mr. Thompson helps with business development and works to bring in new products and offerings for HedgeCo to offer to clients. Much of his time is spent working with the brokerage team at HedgeCo Securities, LLC, and Mr. Thompson currently handles due diligence for HedgeCo Securities.

Prior to joining HedgeCo, Mr. Thompson worked as a software analyst and financial consultant in the medical industry. Mr. Thompson earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky. Currently, Mr. Thompson maintains the NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Christopher Urso joined HedgeCo Networks in 2008 to assist in maintaining the HedgeCo.Net database, which is composed of over 7,000 funds and over 40,000 members. Additionally, Mr. Urso consults with emerging as well as established fund managers to develop their marketing strategies, service provider relationships and infrastructure. Mr Urso is Registered Representative and VP at HedgeCo Securities where he focuses primarily on marketing HedgeCo's funds to US and international institutional investors. Mr. Urso also specializes in Capital Introduction services for hedge fund managers in the long/short equity, statistical arbitrage and options space. Prior experience includes the financing and underwriting of asset back loans for one of the largest banks in North America. Chris received his BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mr. Urso currently maintains the FINRA series 3, 7, and 63 licenses.

Dave Reynolds joined HedgeCo's West Palm Beach office in August of 2009. In addition to assisting with the operation and maintenance of the firm's hedge fund database, he also serves as a member of the HedgeCo Securities brokerage team. Dave spends much of his time sourcing investor capital for various hedge fund managers, as well as working with fund managers to develop their marketing strategies. Mr. Reynolds previously completed internship projects at the Palm Beach County Business Development Board, a fund-of-funds firm in New York City, and several financial services firms in Wisconsin. He is a 2007 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. In his spare time, he enjoys vending at various professional sporting events.

Rashida Khanam-Fleet is involved with investor approval on the HedgeCo.Net database, she also maintains the database by listing new funds and making sure everyone's information is up to date. She also is responsible for selling websites and Diamond level memberships. In addition, Rashida is a registered representative with HedgeCo Securities located in the West Palm Beach, Fl office. Her primary responsibilities include sourcing institutional capital for hedge funds, and capital introduction services. , Prior to working at HedgeCo Securities, Rashida completed the internship training program with HedgeCo.Net.

Mrs. Khanam Fleet currently maintains the NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.
